that to the best of their knowledge, all puppies sold by us, are free from any illness/disease, birth defect or injury at the time of purchase / pick up / shipment.

      15 days from purchase date:

*** We guarantee that all puppies we sell are healthy for up to 15 days from date of pick-up, delivery, or shipment: against all pre-existing health problems that were present before the puppy left our place..     *** We recommend that all new owners take their new puppy to a licensed veterinarian who regularly treats dogs and puppies for a full health evaluation within 7 days of purchase.    

- Should your puppy develop an illness or other health problem within the first 15 days of purchase, (excluding : injuries and neglect while in care of airport staff or in care of a new owner.  Excluding : any medical, or cosmetic, or preventative procedures or vaccination's negative reaction/complications while in care of a new owner.)

  ***Good Natured by Oksana Eden will replace the puppy with another puppy of similar value, that is available for sale within the next 12 months. All claims must be accompanied by veterinarian medical records released to Oksana Eden.

- The unhealthy puppy must be returned  within 15 days (at buyer's expense) and also must be seen by a licensed veterinarian (who regularly treats dogs and puppies) within that time or the health guarantee will be void.

- A written report from the veterinarian who examined the puppy, must accompany any returned puppy. The written report must state the nature of the illness/disease/or other health problem and that it was pre-existing at the time of pick-up, delivery, or shipment.

 

(This health guarantee is NOT transferable, it only applies to the original owner that we sold the puppy to.) (Please Note: Shipping & Delivery Costs are non-refundable )     

 *This guarantee does not applies to a puppy that is not healthy or is injured for reasons that were the buyer's fault, such as, but not limited to:  poor diet, drafty/cold living conditions, harm caused by the accident in owner's possession, or by the owner's other pets,  shipping that is paid / arranged by the owner /  other shipping companies or was not provided by Good Natured by Oksana Eden.

 congenital defect guarantee-one year from birth date.

*** Good Natured by Oksana Eden, also, guarantees that, to the best of their knowledge, all puppies bred from our breeding program are free of any congenital defects for up to one year from their birth. With a necropsy report (at owner's expense) providing positive results for a genetic defect.     -     If a puppy that came from our breeding program get sick or dies from a congenital defect within one year after his / her birth, ***Good Natured by Oksana Eden will replace the puppy with another puppy of similar value, that is available for sale within the next 12 months. All claims must be accompanied by veterinarian medical records released to Oksana Eden and the puppy must be returned.

 

-   Proof of the congenital defect is required in a written document from a licensed veterinarian who regularly treats dogs and puppies.   

Please, note: GUARANTEE is for original owner that we sold the puppy to.

The guarantee does not cover death caused by abuse, neglect, cancer, etc…

* Good Natured by Oksana Eden is not responsible for ensuring that dogs and puppies are allowed to have in living area where you live.

* We cannot guarantee the size or color of any puppy because, of some can change their color and size as they age.

* It is responsibility of the owner to get information about care for a puppy properly.

* Returns & Refunds :  If you should decide that this dog is not the right pet for you, or it is just not working out, we will always accept our dogs   back but,  we do NOT offer refunds in this case.
